Investor portal privacy notice

Ashfell Limited ("Ashfell", "we") is the controller of the personal data described here, under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you request access: your full name, email address and the date of your request. If you are approved: the date of your first and most recent visit, the number of visits, and whether you opened the presentation or played the milestone video. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Why we use it

To assess and manage access to confidential investment materials, keep the portal secure, and understand investor interest. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a controlled fundraising process.

Who sees it

Only authorised Ashfell personnel. Data is held by our hosting and email providers acting as processors on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Rejected requests are deleted after 12 months. Records for approved investors are kept for as long as the fundraising relationship continues and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing daniel@ashfell.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
